2018 Compassion Walk

International Day of Peace is on Friday, September 21. On this day, Compassionate DFW, Thanks-Giving Square, and the Crow Collection of Asian Art will gather the community to promote peace in our cities.

The silent, meditative Compassion Walk also marks the closing day of the Compassion Games and will include remarks by DFW leaders and interfaith community leaders.

11:30 REMARKS AT KLYDEWARREN PARK, PEARL LAWN

12:00 BEGIN WALK TO THANKS-GIVING SQUARE, REMARKS

ENDS PROMPTLY AT 1:00 PM.

(Gather and proceed from Pearl Lawn west to Akard, then south onAkard to Ervay, continue Ervay to Thanks-Giving Square. Observe all safety regulations and stop lights/signs at intersections.)
