Our mission is to all businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to affirm the Charter for Compassion, to enculturate the value of intentional compassion through business operations, education, and training opportunities, and to encourage use of the Golden Rule as the operating principle in all business activities.

In the words of University of Virginia Darden School of Business professor and Conscious Capitalism, Inc. trustee R. Edward Freeman,

Business is the lifeblood of DFW. Positioned not only as a national economic force, but as a rapidly developing international hub for corporations of all sizes, compassionate business and the value of compassion are needed more than ever in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Together we can work to grow compassion in our business environment, resulting in a dynamic society that benefits everyone.

Opportunities and Goals for Business

1. Seek opportunities to brief C-suite business executives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area on the Charter for Compassion and to encourage affirmation.

2. Increase awareness within DFW businesses of opportunities to learn more about the benefits of compassion and how to integrate it into company culture, purpose, and daily operations.

3. Encourage Dallas-Fort Worth businesses which have affirmed the Charter to participate in the International Global Unity Games held annually from September 11th – September 21st, the International Day of Peace.
