Every two years Compassionate DFW hosts a gathering to share expertise, experience, and practices of compassion. This year’s theme is Compassion in Action: From Empathy to Impact.
Our goal is to increase awareness of the critical importance of the value of compassion. Even more than awareness, we seek to embrace intentional compassion and to stimulate compassionate action in every sector of society. We are creating a world where the Golden Rule, caring for others as we care for ourselves, is the norm, the guiding principle in all actions and activities. The Compassion Conference is designed to convene thinkers and doers to learn, practice, and grow, to exercise our compassion muscles together so we can put them to work creating a world where everyone thrives.
